Money or no, I have to ask. Through what game mechanism did *anyone* acquire THOSE kinds of rares in the first place?

I mean like the cannon and open casket and the shrine on the roof. Were these event rewards? And if not, how are they acquired?

The guillotine and large torn painting I acquired via the silver trade-in system back when the server just came up. Gave both items away when I quit playing two times before. The hanging cauldron I found as a server birth in Destard. Gave it to platypus when I quit playing the third time!

Yeah, from that it really sounds like CW scammed Sebben. And they both quite deservedly received their commupance, since scam or no, it involved a trade using (the promise of) RL cash. Whether that money was real or hypothetical shouldn't make a lick of difference in determining their guilt.

And if CW had truly been working udercover to bust RL Cash traders, he wouldn't have needed to go through with the transfer. Or at the very least UOSA staff would have been informed before the fact, not after.

You would think so, but I have had reports pm'd to me that a few of the things that people were pm'ing sebben to get back, they have shown up in cave's towers. Which would kind of imply that some of the museum stuff (things people handed to blackfoot) were left inside sebben's tower when it was taken.

I dont understand how Sebben was unbanned for whatever period of time and was able to give whatever he had left away ie Neon Sandals, Gf masks, etc. Im not sure if he is banned or unbanned atm but from what he said in his post was that he was initially banned then had it removed and gave his remaining items away. Im not sure what his account status is now but that doesn't make sense to me.
