No idea if the dude uses EUO, nor do I care. But, just because you've dueled him hundreds of times has no impact on whether or not he used EUO for this single event.

Miller, I agree. I dont find joy in it because he was a cheater. I find joy in it because he let a video game take over his life to such an extent that he felt his UO stuff was > then his RL stuff. He was also a freaking dick, so that makes it better too.

Overall the idoc will help multiple things... some newbs that didn't have money will now get some cash, some vets can get some items they wanted (possibly) and it'll overall circulate gold not just between the rich folk but poor folk too.

The best thing to come from Caves idoc is Cave being removed from the server.

Zong, can you please skype me and cave into a convo and ask him to watch the video of his years of hard work being picked up by random people. I'd like to ask him how it felt.

You're just being sore losers.

I've never seen so much celebration by a bunch of nerds simply because the said player has more "UO goldz" than you both do. And honestly, who cares how many hours he put into the game. He clearly enjoyed himself while he played so the amount of time spent is irrelevant.

It's just a game, scumbags. Get over yourselves.

Sore losers at the fact that a guy that lured someone into a false trade using real money as the bait then shafted him finally got what he deserved?

Yea, guess I'm bitter at that... You're right... justice does make me bitter.

Sore losers? No. Sore winners? Maybe. No one here dislikes Cave because of his "UO golds", otherwise we'd all hate GK, too (ok maybe a bad example). The reason folks don't like Cave (as previously stated) is that he's a shady cheater who scammed another vet.

If Sebben contacted cave, then I wouldn't say Cave was the person doing the luring. If it was vice versa, then sure.

Your dislike of Cavewight was long standing before this whole event happened. It was just convenient for you that he was banned considering you already disliked him for running you out of the IDOC "business".

Incorrect, when I parted Cave and I were on good terms.

And GK, I was just teasing you! ;)

I didn't know Elk Eater was elected to be the voice of UOSA on matters concerning Cavewight! I think you mean "I didn't dislike Cave because of his "UO goldz (with a 'Z', not an 's')", but the e-jealously is clearly apparent in most of the threads concerning Cavewight.

I don't think anyone agreed with him on how this whole thing happened. He didn't say anything to us about it until after it was already done. I'm pretty sure you were there when he told us about it too. It was just a matter of disbelief, not so much praise.

I've known Cave and played with him since 1999 and he has always been a genuinely nice and generous person to me and everyone else in our guild. I don't know what happened between you two after you left [tF] but from that point and before, I think you could agree with me.

The temptation of those items from Sebben got the best of him, his shame caused him to lie about it on these forums, and now he's dealing with the consequences.

Thread now reminds me of 6th grade girls arguing about which one of them dissed One Direction.

Am I to be insulted by this? I don't spend much time hanging out with girls in the 6th grade so I honestly don't know.

I have been so elected! You must have missed the Nov. 5th ballot ;) I'm sure there are people jealous of gold and pixels enough to drive dislike, but I still think the majority just don't like what he did. Also, sorry for misreading the post towards smit, I made a bad assumption.

I agree -- during my tenure with tF and after, up until he started lying on the forums I found Cave to be nice. If you consult the black sandals meltdown thread though, there was a totally different person there. I haven't known Cavewight for many years the way you have, but the personality put forth on the forums -- the lying, berating and general assholishness he presented -- were way out of line with what I expected. Maybe it was driven by shame, but I didn't pick up any shame in that or any other thread where he reared his ugly post-scandal head.
