If you acquired something unique or a server birth rare from the big Tower IDOC that Cave and MV both claimed to have made happen for the SecondAge server...

The big buyers out there may not like me saying this, but it is true. These items will only keep going up in value the longer you sit on them.
I feel it is a wise idea to NOT SELL the items yet because of how they will steadily rise in value. l feel this not only to be a wise move for yourself, but also good for the market as a whole. If you do own it, maybe lock it down in the house and display it for everyone else to see! That way it will have more of a chance to be looted at an IDOC instead of being banned out of existence, or drop in a small house in some chest that noone gave the time of day to watch or loot! (As a UOSA enthusiast, I think these unique items are special for this server and should be around for large scale trading)
Truth be told... some people will try to low ball you out of the item(s)... and it could be argued that I am doing that later on in this post. (for those who can appreciate honesty, smile now.) Some will even try to scam you (I suggest you ONLY buy and sell with a forums post to ensure you do not get scammed.) Some will give you amazing offers of millions of gold/castle deeds!!!
For some, the name of the game is to acquire as much stuff of value as you can for the lowest price you can... for others it is about enjoying the game!
So what do YOU value?
I am not very rich with Gold like the high rollers here, nor can I compete with the ultra rich folks... (I work for a living!) Yet I was STILL hoping to find an interesting unique item or two to own myself.
(((I was super close to scoring the Pheonix Armor, but I died on my alt toon that looted it and it of course got swiped up by someone with open new corpses... hahaha! Other players were fast and numerous... Kudos to ALL those who loaded up! Friends and enemies alike.)))
So if you:
1) Do not feel like holding onto an item you looted from this idoc (probably for a few months to a year or so) until it's value is properly restored.
and...
2) You could use some nice housing (Placed Patios, a NICE Two Story L-Shape and/or several Towers)
and...
3) Could use goods of all kinds... including gold, consumables items (regs, magic weapons/items/armor, bandages, kegs, rares, ingots, boards, and almost any other resources.)
and...
4) Can appreciate an honest post on this subject matter...
Then pm or IRC me w pic of whatever item it is and it's name and we can work something out if I am interested in the item.
If you do have and item of interest and are willing to sell/trade it to me... the gold and items I can offer you can save you time going around buying it all up. You can skip all the running about and I will hook you up with one or two nice houses, and some nice USEFUL items (you know... useful... the kind of ones that make the game fun to play! The kind that won't just sit there and look pretty in your bank or chest in your house...)
On that note... I will ask again that you lock it down in a house for everyone to see... if you are going to own something like this... the point is to have it on display and/or save for the future.
That is what I have to offer as advice... OH, and also... sell your tall potted plants to ohm for a tower deed... he is legit. The market is now TOTALLY flooded on these. May as well get what you can while you can!
