It is a server birth. I know of these 2 and a third that's turned 90 degrees. I can attest because I personally found this item (or maybe vega's) on the server-birth release day.

I own one of t hese books , but it got lucked up in the patio that staff now owns.

I owned one of these before I took a long break back 3+ years ago. I was told then that all of these were birth spawns only.
