Keep is located on the NW side of the mountain range that Wrong is located in. So if you head west out of wrong, and around the mountain clockwise, you'll find it. It went IDOC this morning. Some asshat put houses around it for looting purposes im assuming.

Since it's public, this will make for one hell of a PvP battle for the loot! Unless you're revealing this information because you plan on refreshing the keep 5 minutes b4 it drops. ;)
