Third account lagginess?

I have had a problem since I started on this shard, but as I bring it up with more and more people searching for a solution I am starting to hear that others have a similiar issue, so I thought I'd bring it up here.

I have 3 accounts. 2 of the accounts work absolutely fine. On the third account, no matter what character from that account I play, I get extremely weird frame skipping and jumpiness. If I didn't have a great connection and two working accounts, I might assume that I had absolutely horrible lag, but clearly that is not the case. I am willing to admit there might just simply being some option i checked that I am overlooking, but for the life of me I can't correct the problem, and as far as I can tell, all of my accounts are set exactly the same.

I have tried logging in the third account first, thinking it might be occuring when ever my third copy of UO is running, but it doesn't help. I have tried logging in and out, I've tried logging the laggy toon out then logging him back in under the razor copy that was just running well for the other account, but all to no avail.

Any ideas?

I have this problem off and on...its not necessarily the 3rd instance of uo running but just 1 of the 3 accts, I havent looked into it to determine if its always the same one or not but its gotten pretty bad at times. Havent said anything cause I have 2 other working perfectly accts so I'm still happy :/

I have this problem, but instead of just general lag (which I have a little with 3 clients open), sometimes when I switch from client to client the screen is all white. I found that if I go to that clients Razor, and check or uncheck the Smart CPU Reduction the screen goes normal immediately, but it always happens again..

WTF is CPU reduction supposed to do anyway.

Razor CPU Reduction allows razor to modify the client for less CPU usage, when used with the command -ReNice/-ReduceCPU. This will not cause you lag or impact the game's performance if you don't use those in-game commands.

-ReNice [Level] - The same as ReduceCPU. Use with one of the following level settings: idle, belownormal, normal, abovenormal, high, realtime. For example, -ReNice idle or -ReNice realtime

Well, I have found this to be the case with my third account. But really, it would not surprise me if many people who just have constant lag on their toon don't realize that its not really lag, it is something to do with their account all together. I recommend anyone who has a jumpy crappy framerate to create a new character on a new account and see if it doesn't fix it. I wouldn't be surprised if people just quit from the get-go, not knowing that a second account might not have the issue.

I still have this issue, and I really think alot of people have it but mistakenly think they are "lagging." If i have to make a video of it maybe I will but I'm dying to find a solution. Makes walking around on this account painful as I jump from spot to spot and run into walls.

Well, after alot of searching I think I found the answer. I don't know if it has to do with me running the game with Vista, but I should mention it in case anyone else finds they have the issue. Long ago I switched the compatability mode of the shortcut to Windows XP servicepack 2, which is something recommended with Vista users, but what I didn't realize, is that this is only half the problem. You also have to run each acount "as administrator," which is something I never did and for some odd reason the only account it seemed to affect was the third one, bleh, go figure.

I'm on XP and I to have this problem, off and on though, it was real bad today, but like a 3 days ago I was multiclienting and I was fine.
