The owner of the current re-placed home offered to give it to me, and help redecorate.
I dont know about all these deeds really, except it would help rebuy reagents, and the shitton of cloth/leather/whatever I had in there.
Obviously, I'd give at least the equivalent of a L Shape Deed to him.
