a player note.
a player note.
never ever use cpu smart reduction ive been lagging for the last two days and i thought it was because of ping. turns out i accidently switched it on and its been lagging me to hell. so anyone who is using this option switch it off unless your playing on an omega it witch case ud prolly need it.
Re: a player note.
Yea I agree, i have a dual core processor og the smart cpu usage reduction made my client crash every 10 seconds.

what tab is this option under in razor?Locksmith wrote:Yea I agree, i have a dual core processor og the smart cpu usage reduction made my client crash every 10 seconds.
Re: a player note.
I find it strange that the CPU Smart Reduction is casuing anything. From my understanding, that option simply allows razor to modify the program priority through command line commands within the client.

Re: a player note.
Thanks finesse, that helped me out, I noticed a big difference with switching between clients when I disabled it on all of my razor profiles.
Re: a player note.
Another great help for me was to open razor as adminstrator when i started the program. I run vista.

Re: a player note.
This is true. I think this lowers the priority for the program to be attended to.
Basically, on Metro I used to run 4 to 5 accounts and when I first started botting I put the botters on cpu smart reduction thinking it would let me easily minimize and forget them so it wouldn't bog down my system. I found out quite quickly that doing this increases the lag on those clients and also slows down any razor actions done on a cpu smart reduction client (sounds obvious enough)
I would recommend checking this option only to someone playing UO on an ancient (like 5 years old) system or one of those $100 laptops, lol
