Trinsic Small for New Player

I would like to sell this small house right outside of Trinsic to a new player looking to purchase their first home. The plot is very spacious and you can re-deed the house and move it around a few tiles in any direction. It is also right next to the DCT Tower, which has a full rune library and armor/weapon vendor.

Cost: Small deed

The first person to respond who meets the following criteria will receive the home:

- New player (account age between 0-3 months)
- Does not own another property
