I offered keep deed in pms right after the first post. Vega just offered 665k after you told us the offer you were considering. (Before the deal finalized) So ya...maybe "everyone" says they would've offered more, but in this case it was 100% right. But if you are happy with the sale then that's all that matters.
But let's not delude ourselves.
