For the sale price we ask tower deed x 2, and if you want the smalls then add on 2 small deeds (cost for smalls).

I don't know if there's a tower with steps this close to the Sea unless it's grandfathered. Sea views from the South and Northwest. The two smalls are by themselves, nearby, on the peninsula to the South-West.
