Neon hair dye color
Was the color ice white available from a neon hair dye bottle, or was this only added with the new hair dye vendors?

I remember that trick, its not really ice white, its just a white color, need tow hair style deeds, one to go bald the next to do a new cut. too bad, second question is does a neon hair dye bottle dye both hair and beard? There's currently a Neon Hair Dye and a Neon Beard Dye, they only dye what they specify in their names.
