Snugly fit between the Serpent's Hold Stables and the Ocean. Spawn is warded off by the geographical surrounding + the wandering stable master calls guards often on aggressive creatures here.
Speaking of the stable master, you can buy/sell/claim/stable all inside your home given the right positioning of the stable npc and the use of the ! (yell) function.
Its extremely quiet here. Only other action you'll see in weeks will be the occasional visitor to the stables.
