ahh, he doesn't "keep" them locked, he might have locked them at one point to rearrange or ad to the museum. But this is a public museum, handing out runes is just silly because anyone can mark their own haha

Is this supposed to be private? I have one on my tower steps at Red Skull Bay thinking it was for people to go and drool over. I don't think he was assuming it was a private cy.....It's a great museum open er up yar!
