2 story to FirePower/Starzz

I'm financing a 2 story house to FirePower/Starzz for 200k, with no down payment, to be paid off within 2 weeks from now.

I, Starzz/Firepower, hereby verify my agreement to make payment of 200k to Treysta, with a down payment I will bring to him of 10k as show of good will.


EDIT: Treysta also lent me 34k worth of reagents to help me get on my feet. This will be added onto the 190k for a grand total of 224k.
