Selling this patio & small to Ineluki for 2x patio + 2x small deeds. He was kind enough to suggest tossing in an additional small since this is handled through financing.

For a down payment of 1 patio deed, Ineluki will be co-owned to both houses. Once the remaining balance of 1 patio deed & 2 smalls (to be paid within 3 weeks of this post) is paid, both houses will be transferred to make Ineluki the sole owner.
