I think I recall this happening on Chesapeake as well.Fwerp wrote:Well, at times on Atlantic at least, there were no guards in Trinsic, and there was an undead invasion or something of that sort.
Exactly, the reds can hang out at bucs, that's what it's there for. Also there is a red mage at the broken chair rare spawn location that acts just like a mage shop.RoadKill wrote:If no one is going to Bucs, what's going to draw them to Trinsic?
Fwerp wrote:Since nobody really uses trini, and it's a big town, I think it'd be cool to make it guardless, and maybe it could become a hub for pvp.
I use Trinsic to. Another thing to consider if making Trinsic guardless for longer period of times is the real estate nearby. People might have picked nice vendor locations and safe houses because of the proximity to Trinsic. Making Trinsic guardless and having it suffer from a horde or undead beings in and around it would be ok for a week, it's an event, fine. But to make it permanent, or reoccurring, might cripple the relatively calm area that Trinsic in fact is. Sure, some might say that this sort of activity in and around Trinsic will only bring business, but then again, many Blue players might be to afraid to visit.Senses wrote:I use Trini, I love Trini.
As an event, fine, it's fun for a week, but it's a regular town and a regular town it shall remain.
