A rare find indeed! I have played here about 2 years and this house has never changed hands in that time.
No other player homes on screen. Guard zone is just to the North and the sea is on three sides! It is just South of one of the best cotton fields in existence! This home will pay for itself if you like to farm cotton and sell clothes!
It also makes a private home on the island of Verity where you are unlikely to be disturbed.
A teleportor to the center of Moonglow City is a short run down the road, as well as a very nice player Rune Library.
Its a great location...
