My friend has quit and requested I sell his one and only small he used to mine and blacksmith. This house is fkn packed with unused gm\magic armor weapons and sht tons more. I really don't feel like spending hours sorting and id'ing all this stuff but there are over 30 tattered treasure maps tons of hardening/fortification armor and so much more.
Figured I would sell this house as is. please post your offers below and Ill transfer next weekend. this house is conveniently located near the south brit guard zone and moongate.

this guy made over 895k in a year of just killing forest spawn and liches lol! he was an older guy who just enjoyed the easy stuff and its all in here. and I would drop bags of good armor off for him so he could spend more time doing it. I'll throw in a few hundred charges of id wands lol.
