Alternate Gems

I am looking to buy some alternate gems. By this I mean they are a different shape from the standard gems collected on monsters or available to buy in the jewellers.

I beleive they can only be found on wandering healers and other npc's - If anyone knows otherwise please post.

I allready have alternate tourmaline, sapphire and star sapphire if you have any others i would like to get 2 of each for deco.

If they dont stack together they are different - let me know what you have.

Go around killing wandering healers until you get them. I was on a buying spree on this crap too until I found out they spawn. I have a bunch of em.

I have never found one on a wandering healer actually. All I have gotten have been off prisoners in brigand/ratman/orc camps, and NPC's vendors, mostly Tinkers and Mages.
