Since I took over as the Guildmaster of the Syndicate of Successful Salesmen Guild I have found myself with less and less time to craft my beloved goods! so as its not fair to my customers I am left with only one option to sell some of my PRIME real estate!!


This is some of the best housing you can ask for on UOSA, this house is beyond great and a once in a life time chance!

This is a great vendor house or even a personal home, though I have made countless piles of gold from my vendors here!

You can bank out of any houses that are right next to the bank.. it all depends on where the banker is at that moment.. lol funny people.

Stranger just a heads up, before you pay 80k more for this house, assuming you win the bid on both, it is based on NPC Location, you can actually bank from the other house *My house* aswell, goto both locations, and you'll see that you'll never be able to bank 100% of the time, so better than my house I think not, more like "the same" :)

Not to derail this thread, but I have been wondering, can someone tell me just why Banking from your house would be so great? Don't get me wrong, the idea is awesome, but I have been wracking my brain for some reason I absolutely have to be able to bank from inside my house and I can't think of a single "killer app" that makes it worth the price. Does anyone have a truly ownage reason to buy a bankable house?
