Three bridged towers on grass. You can no longer place towers close enough to bridge and these are grandfathered. Stools included, look at the screens. Auction will last until Friday (the 20th) 8am(EST) at which point I will extend it by 24 hrs with each bid. Feel free to pm me your buyout offers.

i will do it and purchase them .. but i really need people to want to do them .. and help donate to the purchasing of them .. and i will host nightly events all the time ranging from pvp tournys, last man standing, ctfs and other events that can become invented

These houses are not grandfathered. I sold him two towers and a patio that were placed here not more than two months ago. viewtopic.php?f=72&t=61203
He managed to place 3 towers here which I tried but was unable to do. Grats! but they are not grandfathered.

How can they be GF'd if they have only been there for two months? Doesn't GF mean that they have been there for a long time and despite patches and changes, retain the original attributes of the original placement?

Grandfathered means that they go against the current placement rules but will not be removed. I can paste bin the whole irc chat if you like but the relevant portion is below....

i remember them being attempted to be sold a month back cause i almost bought them as a bunch of patios.. but patches latly in the last few weeks might have changed them
