What does a tower deed cost these days? I kind of want this place, but I'm short on actual cash I'm sure. I've got about 250k but I also have a large brick that I can deed/throw in. Heck, for that matter, what's a placed large brick worth? It's actually not far from this tower - just south of the "Deep Forest" marker on the map.

BTW, are patios more desirable than large bricks? Seems like a large brick has a bit more room, but that could just be in my head. At the very least, they're about the same size.

I can make it anything you prefer. Patios are much more preferred only because of being able to drop off loot right over the fence.

Also to me because of 3 doors of security. Front doors, 3rd door and 4th door. Put everything in main room behind table barrier and you really have to screw up to get looted.

And you can put secure chests on your railing. So you never have to go inside if you don't want too. I put all my runebooks, t maps, loot, gold etc in them. Then when I finally go inside. Pull the loot out and put it in the back room or bank!
