25 here... 26 in a month. I started UO shortly after release and played up until I got into the EQ beta. Since then I've played just about every MMO released for at least a few weeks and nothing has ever come close to UO. Hopefully Mortal Online will change that
I played IPY for awhile when it was around and then Divinity for awhile about a year ago until I realized the people who ran it were asshats.

i hear a hilarious defense from drunk driving, is if you know the cop is gona go to his car and get sobriety test you step out of your car walk to your trunk pull out a bottle of vodka or somthing and chug it on the spot
get you a ticket for public intoxication, but cant prove you were drunk before you got out of the car
but in the states the cops might shoot you for getting out of your car, duno

Nono, you're wrong! The correct way to do this is to ALWAYS have an unopened bottle of vodka right next to your seat. When you see the cops signaling pull you over, and you know you've been drinking too much, as soon as you stop, you start drinking, binging the vodka down. That way (even in the US) they can't shoot u down for reaching for something since they're not there yet, but when they arrive, you're already drinking the vodka. Your excuse is simply that you drank it because your neurotically afraid of any type of authority. And then, just like you said, even if they where to do a breath test, they can't confirm that you where drunk while actually driving. And if they insist on you being drunk while you where driving, you demand a blood-test. Problem is, that the time it'll take for them to draw your blood for the test, the vodka should have already intoxicated you, allowing you to claim it's the vodka. ;)BlackFoot wrote:i hear a hilarious defense from drunk driving, is if you know the cop is gona go to his car and get sobriety test you step out of your car walk to your trunk pull out a bottle of vodka or somthing and chug it on the spot

Re: Average UOSA player age?
This doesn't give a good description of the age demographic. You should have used 5 year increments. 15-20, 20-25, 25-30. Or something along the lines of 13-18, 18-23 and so forth. Huge difference between a 20 year old (barely out of high school in university/college) and a 30 year old person (job, wife etc.).
On that note I'm 28. Me and the people I used to play with always wish we were older when UO was at it's peak... we would have been able to grasp the game on a higher level (which we did after a few years, but then the whole Tremmel thing came about and it was over anyways).

I'm 19, and started playing when I was about 8 or so, in third grade. My grandfather had an account and I got hooked! Didn't stop till I was about 13-14, when the account was canceled.
Played on Atlantic, Redjump. A jack-of-all-trades packrat that didn't do much except collect stuff and farm the MGlow Cemetary. I'd open my bank and find event items I never knew I had. Pretty weird character, really.

Every game I've played I've always been a pack-rat, haha. I pick up everything I see just to later sell it for a few pieces of gold. ;)Pristiq wrote:I'm 19, and started playing when I was about 8 or so, in third grade. Just turned 22 on the 9th. Everything after 21 is just a let down. Except 25... insurance break. played since 99 or something, cant really remember
If the bottle is sealed, technically you're good i guess. Also, if you really are planning on doing this, take the keys out of the ignition. A buddy of mine pulled over halfway home and fell asleep one night, and some house called the cops. They busted him for a DUI just because the keys were in the ignition. Car wasnt even on. Talk about a facefuck
