So let me understand something, you can get an orange colored map through a quest, and the only difference between that one and this on on auction is that this one does not decay? Can't you just lock down the orange one from the quest? 2.5 mil for a map!!

You can lock it down...but it'll dissapear.

So, can any vets enlighten me what the deal with these orange weather maps are? I've had one locked down in house for over a month now, and it's still there. I've unlocked it with toons on all three accounts, placed it in their packs, put it back on ground, locked it down again, etc. So it doesn't crumble as I thought it might once various toons tried to hold it. If I try to trade it in a trade window, will it potentially decay even though it's not decaying on my floor? I've heard you can't trade it via trade window.

Anyways I'll let it stay locked down another few months. If anyone wants to PM offers, you are welcome to until then, but I won't auction it yet.
