Newbie selling 1k Iron Ingots

I recently joined UOSA a few weeks back and now I am working to save up for my first small house. I currently have 1000 ingots but looking to mine some more over the next few days. I saw that some prices were in the 6gp each range so that is what I was looking for as well.

If you like I can help set you up in a small house to get you started. If you like, I will co-own you to the house and when you have paid me back I transfer the house to you. I will accept gold or ingots as payment. A small house would cost 43,800GP or 7300 iron ingots.
If none of that appeals to you I and you just want the cash, I will buy your ingots from you.

Thank you Demetrius, I will probably take the gold as I think part of the fun will be picking and finding that spot for the first house. I should be on a little later tonight or if you want to wait I can get more ingots and sell them all at the same time, just let me know what works best.
