If you've been following The Gargoyle Wars, you'll know that this weekend is the final piece of the 6 month long assault on Britannia.

I highly encourage you to head to the Compassion shrine and surrounding region today and tomorrow. Tomorrow afternoon there will be a final showdown with the leader of the Gargoyle Army.

I won't be able to make it. My sisters and their kids are coming into town for a family get together. I'm pretty sure my wife would kill me if I stuck her with all the inlaws while I am safely locked away in the computer room:)

Today at 1pm EST, Lord Draxinusom will be summoned at the blood pentagram in the Desert.

Battling gargoyles between now and then will slowly reduce the amount of magical energy surrounding the pentagram, making the battle with Lord Draxinusom easier.

Thanks to all who came out to defend Britannia! There were about 40 player characters total in the area during the final boss battle. If anyone has screenshots, please get them to me somehow. I'd like to throw together a post to summarize this weekend's battle in the desert.

I lucked into about 75% of the previous Gargoyle stuff and generally had a pretty good time. I heard about the final battle last minute...but missed it by a few hours. Thanks to those who have uploaded pics/videos so I can at least pretend I was there.

For a while my timing was great, but it's been so long since I've done a bagball or what not I've got to be due soon again. I really need to keep an eye on the forums more
