Helping your team lose

Post by tekai »

For the second day in a row, the morning DD game was subject to a newly created charecter being farmed by the apposing team.

the charecter today was called "cocaine" and ran up and said "Kill me i have no health" and stuff.

this is the only thing that caused our team to lose, and the other team quickly realized and farmed him for points.

i know the games cant all be monitered, but that is kinda lame. I really enjoy the morning events.

Double domination is kind of lame anyways, I think we should just have Last Man Standing, CTF, and like last man standing but divided into 2 teams, hey I should suggest that event.

I rather like Survival Game. It's a nice alternative to dungeon-delving for PvMers such as myself.

EDIT: Man, it is WAY too early for me to be on forums.

I am sure that you do like Last Man standing because you never get to the final 5 where its like shit im not teamed with anyone and try to play off the other 2 two person teams that are left. LMS would be better imo if it was split into two teams and if one team was completely eliminated it would then go FFA with like 4 people left it would be a lot more difficult to predecide a team if LMS was run in this fashion.

Lol idk what you're talking about. I joined the lms about a week ago with no team and made it to the final two. 98% of the ppl in there use incognito so you can't really tell who's who. When it gets down to the final 5-10 players everyone will start jumping the person with the lowest hp/ most ppl attacking them. It's just a matter of how you play it i guess.

Well all the events are pretty fun, but all of them are imbalanced, because you sort of get a random team.

Trophys makes it profitable to cheat events, and thats why people do it I would say thats the problem because helping your team lose, or even teaming up in a last man standing is a symptom of wanting a trophy.

team vrs team standing would be great if only the people left alive would win a statue.

or a 2v2 version of the event would be nice to.

double domination could limit people without 3 gms to enter maybe?

Double Domination was my favorite event before I took my leave. Any event could be ruined in the same way. DDom is fantastic.

Does anyone else feel the same way about trophys?
