when a house goes into 'in danger of collapsing' how long should the wait be? 3 days?

I believe it depends on when the house was placed, i.e. before or after the decay rate was changed from 90 to 30 days. If before, it would be more like a week.

It looks like it depends on if the house has been refreshed or not since early May. As soon as you refresh the house, it's on the 30 day refresh rate.

Generally about 24-36 hours is what I've noticed though. If you are camping it, you could be there a long while.

Yea, you must be watching one of the houses that were not refreshed after early May. In that case, probably 3x the normal time.

ok it fell...IDOC houses must be less than 72 hours until they fall...i must have watched it all 72 hours
