My guild loved to fight the reds that were in Rivendell Redrum being one of them. Cross roads had more players there than Brit Bank. Until Trammel that is.

RedRum? HAHA so you're from Lake Superior like myself! i remember that pk name just well.because he was in the bounty chart with the highest bounty for quite a while.I played Lake superior during that era (97-99) .. Very good time indeed.

I used to hate the thives there but now I see them as about the best as far as actual character role playing that you can get. It's all cloak and dagger and bend rules to your favour and I am fine with losing a little bit in resources for a whole lot of fun.
My second favourite locale is Delucia it is a great harbour for many an adventure. The ships that dock there have the best marked locations on the runes there and the whole region itself is just waiting to engulf you.
If I want a bit of fright I head to Vesper. It seems near abandoned and ghostly for being such a large town and many murderers scavange the area for the wayward. Maybe it was because I had a new character die a hundred times there starting off by reds a plenty trying to regain lost ground on the unholy soil of the graveyard, but it still gives me the shivers especially since I need to hone my skills in PVP.
Yew and Skara Brae need more character involvement to give them any note at all. I like what Guilds like WMD are doing by trying to build up their own suburb of Britain, but it is the lesser known cities that need this far more then Britain does...and who wouldn't want to Lord over the cities that are more ghost towns then anything.
Does anyone else besides WMD have guilds doing that ? Can I ask for a roll call of guilds who are? As a fairly new inhabitant of Britania I would like to get a good feel of each of the guilds out there and their demeanor if you would be so kind.
For the Pk thing. That why you run light . Don't feel bad dying to a pk . They're most of the time PVP ready unlike a lone adventurer in the wild. Most pk are actually quite cool people. But they will certaintly kill you on sight :P.

Just tell you that.Murderer are risking much more than you.So if they kill you ... Just accept it and move on!

The music that Choppa link truly brings back memories of my summer playing UO.

God those were the good ol days...

Wish I could become trapped in a time web and never leave a scenario like that....would be the true American Dream.
