question about meditation and int

i just started building a new med-warrior today. im lookin to set his stats up like this:

100 str
45 int
80 dex

anyways, im going to be raising meditation to 80 skill only, i do not want to GM it. can i hit 80 skill with only 45 int, or will i have to raise my int temporarily, and then lower it down later? anyone have any experience with this? i know most people who use mediation have 100 int, but id like to avoid playing around with stats to much if i can. if anyone can help id appriciate it.

i think it is possible, but not worth the extra time. it doesn't take that long to balance dex/int after you get med to whatever skill level you want

thats kind of what i figured. just lookin for other opinions before i start with that skill. thanks for the quick reply.

I had 40 int on one of my dexxers, and the max meditation I could achieve was 79, so I do believe you can get to 80 with 45 int.
