look at the part that says death and ressurection says newbies have an advantage of being able to instantly res themselves, but cannot get lower skill/stat loss then what he or she started with.... should it be implemented here ? no because there is no young player status....

Insta-Res was removed when young player status was added. We don't have young players.

It lets new players explore the world a little. I can't see any way that it can be exploited, theres a limitation to how many times it can be used within a given time period.

Additionally, this isn't only usable by newbies. A 7x gm could use the inta res if he didn't mind the stat loss (pretty doubtful).
