Yup you should get full price for it, thats accurate.

What kind of house deed did you sell back?

If it was the Two Story Wood and Plaster house (I think. It might be the Stone and Plaster), the reported sale value of 62k is a bug. The vendor actually returns the full sell value back to you, despite what is reported to you.

It was the Patio house... the vendor was going to give me 27k for the deed..... I hope its a bug... dont want to sell it for that...

I just took a moment to check on the issue. Apparently, the large patio is bugged and displays a sellback value of 21k on the sell menu, however when the deed is sold it sells back for the full purchase price. So, don't worry about it too much, you got your full sell back value.

In the next publish we will be adding in the Real Estate brokers to elimiate this confusion.

The vendor sell menu cannot display a price larger than 65535.

This was the same reason why they added the real estate brokers in the first place.
