housing/account question

i have 3 charachters and each owns a house. if i delete 2 of the charachters will the remaining charachter be able to still keep/refresh the other 2 houses?

I think you have to transfer the house to the remaining soul. RIP #1 & 2...

Since no one is answering you need another account for right now. Put in your user name and password with a 2 besides them and create an alt character to be your "butler" make sure the "butler" does some stat and skill gains first to resist being housekilled too easily.
Now make your remaining character a co-owner...Lock down your keys inside the house...and you should be good. Now you have another account you can make one more...and have no reason to delete the other two as you have another 12 chars you can make.

With your butler inside you don't need a key...you may even keep the key on another alt that you log out at an inn or camp outside the house with and so if Butler dies...you still have the key outside the house(s) tocome in by.

If you are continually being assaulted and someone is trying to keep you from maintaining your house this is another good bit of advice...as the campers tend to wait for the supposed owner to enter. You can have the "key holder" character GM stealth and Hiding so they can sneak up to the door unlock it and get in to wait for your main to enter. Just gate them back to the inn or if they have magery recall there to insta log.
make sure to friend them all and co-owner your main...and until someone gives you a solution there you go.

And since they are housesitting anyway...you can macro crafting skills for your butler...or you can make it a spouse or something of that nature should you want to add flavour. As you resource gather for the homebody on your adventures it will be productive for you. You can even hide while doing so and minimize the screen to keep a watch on your house in split screen...an alt dead character is good for that as many will ghost your residence.
Alot of people have three chars on at a time two in split screen and one on main. So if you fell you maybe being watched...most likely you are.
