Unable To Connect

Hey,

i have played on this shard before, and ive never had problems until i just recently reinstalled UO and now it wont connect, it starts to but sits there for about 5 minutes and says couldnt connect to ultima online, please try again in a few minutes. i dont know what to do. ive turned off my firewall, forwarded the ports for my ip. yet nothing works. i knows the server isnt down because my friend is playing. ive tried my old account and ive tried making a new one but nothing works it wont connect. any and all help will be very appreciated.

There is a good connection issues guide at the top of this forum. The first thing that comes to mind is Client and Razor version. You can view your client version on the client log-in screen under password.

Also, make sure you've got the correct server name in there, uosecondage.com

i can connect to the other servers in razor. its only uosecondage and the info is apparently correct. copy and pasted here is my info uosecondage.com 2593.

That is the correct info, and I just verified that you are not firewalled.
Can you ping uosecondage.com from the commandline?

it says destination host unreachable.

Somewhere up the line something has the shard ip firewalled.

We have an alternate ip address, see if you can connect to this one: 64.43.186.28
