Talking whilst hidden.

I remember at some point being able to talk while hidden, not sure which era, does anyone else remember this?
Or maybe it was you could "whisper" while hidden. (press ; before talking)

I don't know about whispering though.

But Whisper (;) and Yell (!) are implemented on Second Age.

yes you could talk while hidden and even cast while hidden. this was before the secondage era. around like 1998 in summer. and before!

first time i got pked i was crossing a bridge . . .I was crossing and it looked clear. . . i looked down in the bottom left of my screen where system messages go and saw;

It was funny. you could also tab and insantly hide no matter what. so combine that with talking / casting hidden and you can imagine some funny fights lol.

Significantly before t2a release, but yes you could do a lot of weird things hidden.

Read the patch notes on the website. It's very entertaining reading the '97 and '98 ones.
