Can a staff member help me?

I was running through Ascalon and got stuck on a tile. I logged out and tried logging back in and once I double click on the character I was on in the character selection menu, the UO just freezes. Is it possible for a staff member to move me a few tiles to the south so I can keep playing? My.UOSa still says I'm logged on, if that helps you find me.
