I know these are ussually not shared but was wondering if there we any public rune libraries that have dungeon chest locations?

did you check roadkill's? if hes got them i'm sure they are there for all to use

In my Dungeon books I have various low-end chest spots marked. I also have 1 book with the higher level chests available

Goto the Vesper rune library (south of town). It has a ton of dungeon chest runes, and you're less likely to get PKed there versus $$$ or Roadkills.
