I haven't played in a while, so I'm not entirely sure what's what, but I am certain that cA deserves to be fourth on the HOT list, not tenth.

I always viewed #10 as "last, but certainly not least." Also, this list was not necessarily listed in any specific order (sans #1 HOT -- that is a definite).

Not sure if everyone has their disguise kit up all the time or what but cA hasn't been active as much lately...again not really openly anyway.
