I'd like to ask that this event be changed to Either Saturday or Sunday.

I work during the week and would like to participate in this event. The date and timing, however, prevents that from occurring.

I agree as well, and also want to see the Survival games (yeah, thats right, survival) moved to a time that is reasonable. I know it's probably not a leet-PvPer favorite, but many people enjoy that event, but the scheduling of it is a complete hassle.

That tourney was actually added scheduled this week to do a test of some new data storage for the tournaments. It was intended to be removed afterwards, but I've moved it to Saturday.
Survival suffers from the problem of just not supporting a large amount of players, which is why it's always been scheduled at of peak times. Not sure what to do about that. It just can't handle having 50 players sign up. It would run all night.
