Resist
Do monsters not give resists gains? I have been fighting liches and have not gotten a single gain.

Go for a higher end spawn...Demons, Wisps whatever...

i went from 49 to about 55 after a few days of fighting liches. I guess you have to get "lucky" to have them FS/Ebolt but even at that your still gaining off lightning

The three slowest skills to gain that are combat oriented are tactics healing and resist.
You need to be hit over and over and over before you see any gains. There are some tricks to do that will help you if you look them up.

We always used to run through fire fields back in the day. Litteraly run up and down the fire. You'll need healing though.
