Hola,
can anybody explain how does precast works correctly?
explo example:
1. I cast explo
2. Target cursor appear
3. Arm with weapon (target cursor still available)
4. I'll attack a target with the weapon and "later" release the explo cast.
5. If I doubleclick on the target to attack it with the weapon, the explo cast will automatically released.
The only way I see is to first attack the target with the weapon and cast explo after that.
mhh?? so long time ago
PvP - precast
Re: PvP - precast
yeah, thats right.
otherwise you could set a hotkey in razor to attack closest blue or something like that, but generally youre already in combat when youre precasting and stuff.

Re: PvP - precast
sounds like you have the right idea but not the macro's set up.
I use a toggle weapon and attack last/closest macro.
So i cast explo
equip my weap with the macro (target cursor still up)
run around until i get a weapon hit (using attack last or closest macro to keep target cursor still up)
when im ready do cast the spell, unequipe weapon (with macro)
last target will fire the spell.

That sounds good, thanks.
This last/closest macro is available in razor right?

Re: PvP - precast
Attack last target/last combatant is under Hotkeys -> Targets in Razor. Most likely in actual PvP you'll only use this technique sparingly. Most PvP consists of people running offscreen/chasing each other, so you'll rarely get the chance to precast a spell, hally whack and drop the spell. Even if you're just PKing, your best bet is to cast an interrupt (low circle spell) to get their reflect down, hally whack, cast again.
