Just wondering how skill gain works? It it difficulty based or just attempts? If it is difficulty based anyone got a link to where the spreadsheets/databases are for all the crafting skills?

Each time you craft, there is a chance for gain as long as you are neither guaranteed to succeed or fail in the craft, i.e., there is a reasonable difficulty.
