Dual Weapons Tactics Gain....

Post by archaicsubrosa77 »

Having decided to drop a skill for wrestling on a character it seems that tactics gain quickens up if a new combat skill is being used so if you want to gain tactics after GMing one style pick up another either to keep or throw away in order to GM Tactics more sooner then later.

No, dont do this, if you want to gain tactics the fastest, use a weapon that you have the highest proficiency in. Tactics is based on actual connecting hits. Attack something with alot of hit points, but a low weapon skill, so you get more hits in and thus more gains.

(unless of course your working 2 weapon skills anyway)

I just got quick gains this way...with a paladin without armor or sheild so whatever. I was at 90 tactics and GMed easy.

Try it, whats the worst that can happen eh?

By the way the paladin had a sword on him as I was doing wrestling on another character as well.
