2 theif questions

Couple questions. I think this has changed but havnt found a patch note.

1. When using a disquise kit i am flagged grey to myself. (Always, not for 2 mins or anythin). I click my name and Im grey, but others see me as blue.

2. When stealing something from a crate (like a semi rare or something), im getting the "you cannot place recently stolen items in a trade window msg". Am I flagged? Cant tell bc im always grey from #1 and did this recently change? I didnt think this was happening a few weeks ago. Should stealing from the gound/boxes be treated the same as from players?

So, Did these change? (Patch note?) Are they accurate or was something overlooked? Im not saying these are or are not accurate bc i frankly have no idea what they should be.

1. Not sure bout that 1. Never happened to me.

2. Can't trade anything stolen for a set amount of time. Not sure the exact time. The work around is dropping it on the ground.
