Sheep regrow their wool after one full UO day has passed.
When you play with fire, there is a 50/50 chance something will go wrong, and nine times out of ten it does.

Re: MY GOD MAN!
which happens 8 times a day right? I heard numbers ranging from 8-13...its faster to kill them and make them spawn I think.

Re: MY GOD MAN!
sheer, kill... move on. Anyone that leaves them alive after they sheer is either not going to come back or is but won't be able to come back for a long time.

Re: MY GOD MAN!
What if you're like me, and have ideological in-game issues regarding killing helpless livestock for resources that come back anyway?

Re: MY GOD MAN!
I'm pretty sure it isn't one full UO day before they regrow... I thought it was more like 40 minutes or so. I do know I've gone back to reshear BEFORE 2 hours and was able to. Maybe someone came in and killed them, who knows.
<Derrick> I guarantee world peace will not be seeded in a UO FreeShard IRC channel
Re: MY GOD MAN!
back in my sheep sheering days most all pens would fully regrow before new ones spawned .. have not sheered sheep in mass in a long time .. plus sheep that have been tamed and once again gone wild will keep regrowing wool if you don't kill .. but if you do kill it does not come back.

Re: MY GOD MAN!
Sheep also respawn wool faster when they are in close proximity to other sheep. Killing sheep = delaying your wool farming as newly spawned sheep usually don't spawn with wool.

Re: MY GOD MAN!
Maybe not always but more often then not they do. What's a UO day like 1 hour 45 minutes?

Re: MY GOD MAN!
The people who did not kill the sheep infact did you a favor.
