What's Wrong W/My Snazzy Avatar?

I would like to use this image for my avatar...



The image is 58 x 69 pixels and is sized @ 14.4kb.

I've been led to believe that teh max H/W dimensions are 80 x 80 pixels and total size must not exceed 30.0kb.

It seems that my dimensions are acceptable, but teh forum software ain't having none of it... not loaded directly from my machine or linked off site.

Any idea what incredibly obvious detail I'm overlooking?

Might have something to do with the file type. Have you tried any variations?

Aye, it may have something to do with the encoding type.

Here is teh message I get when I try to uploadfrom my machine...

Could not upload avatar to ./images/avatars/upload/a4f96b970f4e68b883fe5ef2c93584f2_4691.jpg.

And when I try to upload from url, I get told the URL is crap. Here is teh URL in question..

use the one on the bottom for uploading, thats the one that worked for me.
