Real Estate Brokers - cannot find any

I posted this in the Bugs section, but I think it might be more appropriate here.

I could not find any Real Estate Brokers this morning. I checked the Britain carpentry shop, where I know there's one. I also tried a bunch of other carpentry shops, of which some had Architects but none had Real Estate Brokers.

Is this a bug? Is someone luring them out of the shops? I thought if that was the case, they were supposed to teleport back or something.

Is there some other way to sell deeds that I am forgetting about?
