my insane build

hi all i would like to know some comment about my insane build (always done tank mage and now i'd like to do some experiment)

here's my build:

stats 100 str 90 dex 35 int

100 alchemy
100 poisoning
100 fencing
100 tactics
100 archery
100 magery
100 resist

magery is for some buff and heal my self whit the help of potion.
use to kill deadly poison arrows and grater explosion potions...

you would die within the 1st dump.. drop archery for healing, drop alchemy for anatomy, then you would stand a chance

Don't have poisoning or alchemy on your main character, takes up valuable slots and could just go on a mule. Magery isn't very useful without eval, at least offensively. I my main character has these stats, roughly..
100 str 90 dex 35 int (enough that I can cast 7th circle with a wizard's hat)
gm tacs
gm fencing
gm parry
gm anatomy
gm healing
gm resist (still a ways off on this)
75ish magery
25ish hiding

He's a utility character, able to fight mobs, cast blade spirits, etc. If you want a real tank mage, go with 100 str, 100 int 25 dex swords/archery, tactics, eval, med, magery, resist, wrestling.

by taking alchemy and poisoning you're basically just playing with 500 skill points when you fight. Not really insane, just silly.

Poisoning doesnt affect magery here. Deadly poison arrows? Angel Island was the only shard I know of that allowed poisoned arrows. No such bonus here. Alchemy does not make your explode pots hit for more either. Alchemy and Poisoning are crafting skills here.

well... I'm always willing to be proven wrong. Other than reapplying poison to your fencing weapons and making greater explode in the field(lol) your fighting with 500 skill points, and i suppose that's impressive. This was a popular template on one of my old freeshards. Was called a Nox Bomber or something along those lines(i belive they took eval though). You just don't have the skill bonus/synergies to create the same template.

on a side note one of the better pvpers on Sonoma was an alchemist. He told me "im Just too lazy to create a second character "

i know that i can t poison arrows but the tactics that i have in my mynd is:
attach deadly poison whit a kryss, after switch the blade whit a bow and attack whit that during the lunch of greater explosion bottles.
Magery is only for heal my self do some buff and cast magic reflection.
cure and heal also whit potions... Protect my self whit a plate..

I know that alchemy and posioning are crafter skills but for me is unacceptable to make potion and poisoned weapon and after transfere it it's a just a my personal role play..

a pure dexxer would destroy this template, as soon as you drop your weapon to heal its over.. no wrestling = free death shroud

i just know that this could be a bad pg but i m playing ultima from a lot of time and i'd like to try some stravangant build..

hmmm it is a warrior so it will use an armour... magery is for bless and heal wrestling is for no spell fizzles..

Gimp template. You'd do well in the 1v1 tournaments, but also piss everyone off.

dont listen to anyone, try that last template....may not be what people are used to, but hey basic dexxer template with some spells, hard to disrupt, could work
