The Stable Masters won't train taming or lore

The Stable Masters (or any other NPC) won't train taming or lore. They will train vet, but all NPCs, when asked to train animal taming or animal lore just give advice. I have tried with multiple characters. Please Help. Thank you.

one of the issues with the training syntax is that they only accept single word skill names unfortunately.
I'l like to find a way to fix this, but in the meantime, try using just a single word.
